PAYMENT OF AGGREGATE PAYOUT. The Aggregate Payout shall be disbursed in cash to each Executive in such proportions as they may be allocated in accordance with Section 5.1 as soon as practicable after January 31, 2008, but in any case not later than the date on which the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the Corporation's fiscal year ending January 31, 2008 is filed with the U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

  • Payment of Contributions The College and eligible academic staff members of the plan shall each contribute one-half of the contributions to the Academic and Administrative Pension Plan.

  • Payment of Compensation Consultant shall submit to City a monthly itemized statement which indicates work completed and hours of Services rendered by Consultant. The statement shall describe the amount of Services and supplies provided since the initial commencement date, or since the start of the subsequent billing periods, as appropriate, through the date of the statement. City shall, within 30 days of receiving such statement, review the statement and pay all approved charges thereon.

  • Distributions on Account of Separation from Service If and to the extent required to comply with Section 409A, no payment or benefit required to be paid under this Agreement on account of termination of the Executive’s employment shall be made unless and until the Executive incurs a “separation from service” within the meaning of Section 409A.

  • Catch-Up Contributions In the case of a Traditional IRA Owner who is age 50 or older by the close of the taxable year, the annual cash contribution limit is increased by $1,000 for any taxable year beginning in 2006 and years thereafter.

  • Payment of Benefit The Company shall pay the annual benefit to the Executive in 12 equal monthly installments commencing with the month following the Executive’s Normal Retirement Date, paying the annual benefit to the Executive for a period of 15 years.
