Common use of Payment of Amounts Payable Clause in Contracts

Payment of Amounts Payable. Amounts payable to Unitholders pursuant to Sections 5.2 and 5.3 may be paid by the Trust on any date (the "Payment Date") specified by the Trustee as the applicable Distribution Record Date, or a day within 30 days after the applicable Distribution Record Date and in the same calendar year.

Payment of Amounts Payable. Subject to Section 5.8, distributions shall be paid in cash.

Subject to Section 5.08, distributions shall be paid in cash.
