Common use of Payment of Assignment Fee Clause in Contracts

Payment of Assignment Fee. [Assignor Lender and/or Assignee Lender] will pay to Agent, for its own account in immediately available funds, not later than 12:00 noon (New York time) on the Effective Date, the assignment fee in the amount of $[3500] (the “Assignment Fee”) as required pursuant to Section 11.6(b) of the Credit Agreement.
