Common use of Payment of Assignment Fee Clause in Contracts

Payment of Assignment Fee. Transferor Lender will pay to Agent, for its own account in immediately available funds, not later than 12:00 noon (Chicago time) on the Transfer Effective Date, the assignment fee in the amount of $3,500 (the "Assignment Fee") as required pursuant to Section 10.5a(v) of the Credit Agreement.
