Common use of Payment of Certain Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

Payment of Certain Indebtedness. The Company has (a) repaid in full all of the Indebtedness described on SCHEDULE 8.3(B)(II) and (b) obtained, and where applicable recorded in all appropriate locations, releases of Liens for all real and personal property securing same.
