Payment of Commissions. Installation Commissions will be paid by Qwest approximately fifteen (15) days following the availability of the First Usage occurrence report (but in no event longer than thirty (30) days following the month of installation), as long as First Usage occurs no later than one hundred twenty (120) days after install by Qwest. Usage Commissions shall be paid by Qwest approximately forty-five (45) days following the end of the month in which the Commissionable Revenue is billed.
