Payment of Direct Operating Costs. The Direct Operating Costs incurred with respect to an Aircraft flight shall be paid by the Party utilizing and having operational control of the Aircraft for such flight within the meaning of the FARs Part 91. The Service Provider will issue, no later than the twentieth (20th) day of each month, separate statements directly to each Party for the Direct Operating Costs attributable to that Party's utilization of the Aircraft.
