Payment of DSUs Clause Samples

Payment of DSUs. The Company shall make a payment to the Director of vested DSUs as provided in Section 8 upon the earliest of (i) the Director’s cessation of service as a director of the Company for any reason, including death or Disability, (ii) May ___, 2017, or (iii) a Change in Control (the “Payment Date”). The Director may elect to change the payment event set forth in part (ii) of the preceding paragraph by written notice to the Company at least 12 months prior to the applicable payment event, provided that the new payment event is at least five years after the previously applicable payment event.
Payment of DSUs. Payment of the Director’s Account shall be made as elected on the signature page hereof, or if no election is made, in one lump sum on the Payment Date(s) (as elected on the signature page herof), or, if no election is made, the Payment Date shall be the date that is six (6) months following the date of the Director’s “separation from service” (within the meaning of Treas. Reg. § 1.409A-1(h)). If the New York Stock Exchange (or any successor exchange or stock market on which shares of the Company’s common stock are traded) is not open on the Payment Date, then payment shall be made on the next day the New York Stock Exchange (or any successor exchange or stock market on which shares of the Company’s common stock are traded) is open.
Payment of DSUs. Payment of the Director’s Account shall be made in one lump sum on the date that is six (6) months following the date of the Director’s “separation from service” (within the meaning of Treas. Reg. § 1.409A-1(h)). If the New York Stock Exchange (or any successor exchange or stock market on which shares of the Company’s common stock are traded) is not open on such day, then payment shall be made on the next day the New York Stock Exchange (or any successor exchange or stock market on which shares of the Company’s common stock are traded) is open.
Payment of DSUs. DSUs shall be paid in shares of Company common stock, which shall be distributed as soon as administratively possible after the applicable Vesting Date.

Benefits designed to cover cost-sharing amounts under Medicare will be changed auto- matically to coincide with any changes in the applicable Medicare-determined Deductible and coinsurance amounts. Dues may be modi- fied to correspond with such changes. Dues are determined based on age of the Sub- ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, subject to the right reserved by Blue Shield to modify these dues with at least sixty (60) days notice as set forth in this Agreement.

  • Payment of GST Payment of the additional amount will be made at the same time as payment for the supply is required to be made under this Contract.

  • Payment of Debt Borrower will pay the Debt at the time and in the manner provided in the Loan Agreement, the Note and this Security Instrument.

  • Payment of Amounts The Death Benefit payable on the death of the Owner, or after the death of the first Owner, or upon the death of the spouse who continues the Contract, will be distributed to the designated Beneficiary(s) as follows:

  • Treatment of Installment Payments Each payment of termination benefits under this Agreement shall be considered a separate payment, as described in Treas. Reg. Section 1.409A‑2(b)(2), for purposes of Section 409A of the Code.
