Common use of Payment of Interest and Fees Clause in Contracts

Payment of Interest and Fees. The Administrative Agent shall have received confirmation that the Borrower has paid all reasonable expenses and fees arising in connection with all matters undertaken or performed at the request of the Administrative Agent or the Lenders, including but not limited to, all expenses and fees owed to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇ P.C. and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ LLP ("Financial Advisor"), and accrued interest on the Obligations at the non-Default Rate through August 31, 2001.
