Common use of Payment of Interest by the Borrower Clause in Contracts

Payment of Interest by the Borrower. in accordance with clause (a) above shall not prejudice the right of JBIC to exercise any other of its rights or claims hereunder, at law or otherwise to remedy any such failure to pay any amount on the due date for payment hereunder.
