Common use of Payment of Net Revenues Clause in Contracts

Payment of Net Revenues. Manager is authorized to transfer funds from the bank accounts of the Gaming Enterprise to the bank accounts of Manager and the Authority in order to distribute Net Revenues and any other amounts due under this Article. The Net Revenues paid to the Authority pursuant to this Section shall be payable to the bank account specified by the Authority pursuant to ARTICLE 7.

Payment of Net Revenues. The Manager is authorized to transfer funds from the bank accounts of the Gaming Enterprise to the bank accounts of the Manager and the Authority in order to distribute Net Revenues and any other amounts due under this ArticleSection 6. The Net Revenues paid to the Authority pursuant to this Section 6 shall be payable to the official of the Authority or to the bank account specified by the Authority Authority's Representative pursuant to ARTICLE Section 7.
