Common use of Payment of Notes Called for Redemption Clause in Contracts

Payment of Notes Called for Redemption. (a) If any Notice of Redemption has been given in respect of the Notes in accordance with Section 16.02, the Notes shall become due and payable on the Redemption Date at the place or places stated in the Notice of Redemption and at the applicable Redemption Price. On presentation and surrender of the Notes at the place or places stated in the Notice of Redemption, the Notes shall be paid and redeemed by the Company at the applicable Redemption Price.

Payment of Notes Called for Redemption. (a) If any Redemption Notice of Redemption has been given in respect of the Notes in accordance with Section 16.02, the Notes shall become due and payable on the Redemption Date at the place or places stated in the Redemption Notice of Redemption and at the applicable Redemption Price. On presentation and surrender of the Notes at the place or places stated in the Notice of RedemptionRedemption Notice, the Notes shall be paid and redeemed by the Company at the applicable Redemption Price. The Trustee shall not be responsible for calculating the Redemption Price.

On presentation and surrender of the Notes at the place or places stated in the Notice of Redemption, the Notes shall be paid and redeemed by the Company at the applicable Redemption Price.on

(a) If any Redemption Notice of Redemption has been given in respect of the Guaranteed Notes in accordance with Section 16.0210.02, the Guaranteed Notes shall become due and payable on the Redemption Date at the place or places stated in the Redemption Notice of Redemption and at the applicable Redemption Price. On presentation and surrender of the Guaranteed Notes at the place or places stated in the Notice of RedemptionRedemption Notice, the Guaranteed Notes shall be paid and redeemed by the Company at the applicable Redemption PricePrice in accordance with Section 10.07.
