Payment of the Principal. The Trustor shall pay to the Beneficiary the Principal and any other payments as set forth in the Note in the amounts and by the times set out therein.
Payment of the Principal. During the effectiveness period of this Agreement, the Borrower agrees to pay in favor of the Bank the quantities withdrawn, making the payments to the Bank for the principal, on each corresponding Payment Date, as established in the Promissory Note(s) with which the applicable provision has been documented. In case of any principal Payment Date were on a non-Business Day, the payment will be effected on the following business day.
Payment of the Principal. During the life of this contract, "THE CLIENT" shall be obliged to repay to "BANCOMER" the sums he shall have used, making payments to "BANCOMER" by way of the principal, in the form laid down in this instrument, that is to say, on the due date for each payment.

  • Commitments of the Principal (1) The Principal commits itself to take all measures necessary to prevent corruption and to observe the following principles:- a. No employee of the Principal, personally or through family members, will in connection with the tender for, or the execution of a contract, demand, take a promise for or accept, for self or third person, any material or immaterial benefit which the person is not legally entitled to. b. The Principal will, during the tender process treat all Bidder(s) with equity and reason. The Principal will, in particular, before and during the tender process, provide to all Bidder(s) the same information and will not provide to any Bidder(s) confidential / additional information through which the Bidder(s) could obtain an advantage in relation to the tender process or the contract execution. c. The Principal will exclude from the process all known prejudiced persons. (2) If the Principal obtains information on the conduct of any of its employees which is a criminal offence under the IPC/PC Act, or if there be a substantive suspicion in this regard, the Principal will inform the Chief Vigilance Officer and in addition can initiate disciplinary actions.

  • Payment of the Purchase Price The Purchase Price shall be paid as follows: (a) A deposit of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($200,000.00) (the “Deposit”) shall be paid by Purchaser to Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, Attention: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, as escrow agent (the “Escrow Agent”), within five (5) business days after the Effective Date (as defined herein), which at Purchaser’s option may be by certified or bank cashier’s check or by wire transfer. For purposes of this Agreement, “Effective Date” shall mean the date on which Purchaser and all of the Whitehall Sellers and GMH Sellers have executed this Agreement. The Deposit shall remain applicable to the Purchase Price and shall become non-refundable to Purchaser except as may otherwise be provided in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof. The Deposit shall be held in escrow until the Closing (defined below), at which time the Deposit shall be allocated amongst the Whitehall Sellers and GMH Sellers in accordance with their Percentage Interests, as a credit against the Purchase Price, or may be sooner released in accordance with the terms hereof. Escrow Agent shall be authorized, at Purchaser’s option, to invest the Deposit in an interest-bearing account in the name of Escrow Agent in such commercial bank as it deems appropriate. All interest or other earnings on the Deposit shall become a part of the Deposit and be disbursed to the party entitled to the Deposit pursuant to the terms and provisions hereof, and (b) The balance of the Purchase Price shall be paid by Purchaser to the Whitehall Sellers, in cash, and GMH Sellers, in cash and/or operating units, in accordance with their Percentage Interests by wire transfer funds, or issuance of operating units, at Closing, to such account or accounts as directed by the Whitehall Sellers and GMH Sellers, as applicable, in writing.

  • Repayment of Interest and Principal Except as otherwise provided herein, the Company will repay the outstanding principal amount of this Note within fourteen (14) Business Days of the Offering Funding Date (the “Maturity Date”). This Note does not bear interest. At the option of the Lender, funds available for repayment of the loan may be held in a Company account, interest free, after the Maturity Date. Such funds shall not be used or otherwise pledged until such time as the Company and Lender have entered into another note.

  • Interest and Principal Payments Holders shall be entitled to receive, and Borrower shall pay, simple interest on the outstanding principal amount of this Note at the annual rate of eight percent (8%) (as subject to increase as set forth in this Note) from the Original Issue Date through the Maturity Date. Principal and interest shall be due and payable on the Maturity Date.

  • Payments of Interest and Principal (a) Any installment of interest or principal, if any, payable on any Class A(2016-7) Note which is punctually paid or duly provided for by the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee on the applicable Interest Payment Date or Principal Payment Date shall be paid by the Paying Agent to the Person in whose name such Class A(2016-7) Note (or one or more Predecessor Notes) is registered on the Record Date, by wire transfer of immediately available funds to such Person’s account as has been designated by written instructions received by the Paying Agent from such Person not later than the close of business on the third Business Day preceding the date of payment or, if no such account has been so designated, by check mailed first-class, postage prepaid to such Person’s address as it appears on the Note Register on such Record Date, except that with respect to Notes registered on the Record Date in the name of the nominee of Cede & Co., payment shall be made by wire transfer in immediately available funds to the account designated by such nominee. (b) The right of the Class A(2016-7) Noteholders to receive payments from the Issuer will terminate on the first Business Day following the Class A(2016-7) Termination Date.
