Payment of Total Price. The Total Price as mentioned in Part I of the Schedule-C above shall be paid by the Allottee in installments as mentioned below:
Payment of Total Price. The Total Price shall be paid by the Buyer to the Developer in the manner mentioned in the chart below, time being the essence of contract.
