Common use of Payment of Unassumed Liabilities Clause in Contracts

Payment of Unassumed Liabilities. EHGI agrees to promptly pay when due, or otherwise to discharge, without cost or expense to the Purchaser, each and every Liability of EHGI relating to the Acquired Business other than the Assumed Liabilities.
