Common use of Payment of Utilities Clause in Contracts

Payment of Utilities. During the Term, Tenant shall pay, when due, all charges of every nature, kind or description for utilities furnished to the Demised Premises or chargeable against the Demised Premises, including, without limitation, all charges for water, sewage, heat, gas, garbage, electricity, telephone, steam, power, or other public or private utility services.
