Common use of Payment Processors Clause in Contracts

Payment Processors. We or you may use third-party payment processors (each a “Payment Processor”) to facilitate payment to you arising out of sales of your Developer Software. A Payment Processor may require you to provide additional information or enter a separate agreement directly with them to utilize their services. In certain cases, Adobe may require that a particular Payment Processor be used. Unless otherwise approved in writing by Adobe, you agree that any payment processing using a Payment Processor must occur outside of the applicable Adobe Software or Service. You acknowledge and agree that we have no liability due to any delay or inaccuracy of payments, or otherwise due to any use of a Payment Processor, and you agree to resolve any dispute related to the processing or payment of fees directly with such Payment Processor. In addition, we may share information about you with the Payment Processor and other third-party service providers as necessary to enable your use of the Developer Tools. We do not have access to or control over actions that a third party may take and the information handling practices of third-party websites are not covered by the Adobe Privacy Policy, these Terms, or any other applicable terms and conditions between you and us.
