Payment to the Recipient. The Grant will be paid by the Foundation to the Recipient in one instalment within seven (7) days from the Commencement Date, subject to the provision by the Recipient to the Foundation of public liability and workers compensation insurance certificates of currency of insurance on terms satisfactory to the Foundation (acting reasonably).
