Maximum Amount In full consideration of Contractor's performance of the services described in the Attachments herein, the amount that County shall pay for services rendered under this Agreement shall not exceed THREE HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ($304,000), for the contract term. 2. Exhibit A2 – Description of Services is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Exhibit A3, attached hereto.

Exhibit A2 A – Description of Services is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Exhibit A3A1, attached hereto. 3. Exhibit B – Rates of Payment and Payments, is hereby incorporated and made a part of the Original Agreement and subject to all provisions therein.
