Common use of Payments – All Locations Clause in Contracts

Payments – All Locations. 25.2.1 A PIE will be engaged as a grade 2 in accordance with the Stevedoring Award. Where a PIE is engaged in work of a higher grade, the employee shall be paid the rate for the higher grade. 25.2.2 Payment for public holidays and time worked by a PIE including higher duties, shift premiums, holiday premiums, casual engagement allowance (where applicable) and overtime work shall be off-set against the employee’s minimum salary prescribed in sub-clause 25.5 of this Agreement. 25.2.3 The minimum salary will not apply whilst a PIE is in receipt of workers’ compensation payments.
