PAYMENTS AND MONTHLY REPORTS FOR AGENT NET SALES. Within thirty (30) days after the close of each calendar quarter after Cytogen commences sales of any Agent, Cytogen shall deliver to AM a report containing an accounting to AM with respect to all Agent Net Sales for such quarter. Such report shall indicate the amount and calculations of any payments of Royalties due to AM pursuant hereto, and the amount of Agent Net Sales separately for each Agent, and shall be accompanied by payment thereof in full of such Royalties. If no payment is due for any calendar quarter, Cytogen shall so report.
