Payments and Prepayments of Certain Debt Sample Clauses

The "Payments and Prepayments of Certain Debt" clause governs how and when a borrower must make scheduled payments or may make early repayments on specific debts covered by an agreement. It typically outlines the timing, method, and permitted circumstances for both regular debt service and any voluntary or mandatory prepayments, sometimes including notice requirements or penalties for early repayment. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of payment obligations and the process for reducing outstanding debt, thereby minimizing disputes and providing financial predictability.
