Payments and Records. All sums payable under this Agreement: (a) are quoted exclusive of any value added tax or other relevant sales taxes which shall be paid in addition upon the provision by the Licensor of a valid tax invoice; and (b) shall be made in pounds sterling to the credit of a bank account to be designated in writing by the Licensor.
