Payments and Revenues. If, after the Closing, the Seller shall receive any payment or revenue that belongs to the Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement, the Seller shall promptly remit or cause to be remitted the same to the Purchaser, without set-off or deduction of any kind or nature.
