If you make a payment to one of our or our affiliates’ payment processing accounts, eToro shall immediately credit your Account with the amount of such payment if we are satisfied that you are the sender of the money. Credit in your Account shall be denominated in U.S. Dollars only. If we are not satisfied that you are the sender of the funds, we reserve the right to reject the funds and return them to the remitter net of any transfer fees or other charges. If you give an instruction to withdraw money from your Account, we will reduce the requested money immediately from your Account balance and shall process the withdrawal within the following 7 business days, being any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday when banks are open for business, of our acceptance of the instruction, however certain restrictions may apply if fraud or other potential anti-money laundering concerns are raised. Our internal i nvestigations may cause us to hold your funds significantly longer than the period indicated herein. Your withdrawal request will be processed provided that the following requirements are met: (a) your instruction includes all required information; (b) your instruction is to make a payment through any payment method in your name used by you when the Account was initially funded (“Original Payment Method”); and (c) your Account has been verified. Please note that it may take a few days for your payment processor to update the balance in your Account, depending on its policy and procedures. If we are unable to send the money or any partial amount thereof back through the Original Payment Method, we reserve the right to pay the amount through an alternative payment method indicated by you, in U.S. Dollars. We shall not be held responsible for any transfer fees or charges charged by the receiver resulting from the payment of such amount.

For security purposes, we request clients to cover the CVC/CVV codes at the back side. For Wire Transfers, the Client’s personal account should be used – an account at a bank in the country of the Client’s permanent residence – as per the relevant legal requirements. You agree when we so request to pay any bank transfer fees incurred when you are withdrawing funds from your account or when funds are re-funded by “know-us to your customer” or anti- money laundering regulations designated bank account. The Client has the right to withdraw any part of the Funds equal to the free margin available in the trading account subject to any applicable restrictions regarding its operation, and any other similar regulations applicable to usright or limitation on such withdrawal. We reserve the right to reject a withdrawal request in case we have reasonable grounds to believe that the said instruction is being placed to abuse our Negative Balance Protection Policy (‘NBP’) or that such request may not be legitimate. Under such circumstances there may be a delay with processing the transaction, and/or the transaction may be rejected. Otherwise all Withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day. All withdrawals, either in part or in full of the funds you deposit with us are sent to the same source where the funds came from. Where we are unable to do so, for whatever reason, and subject to any restriction under the regulatory regime, we shall return the funds as requested, net of any transfer fees, charges or other deductions, incurred by us using a method that our Company will deem appropriate; Our Company may request supporting documentation prior to proceeding with such withdrawals. The account used for deposit, shall be the account where the funds withdrawn shall be consequently returned. The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any deposit and/or withdrawal request by you depending on the payment method you choose, and we may suggest you an alternative method. Further, we reserve the right to decline any deposit and/or withdrawal request which we believe that may lead to a breach of any legal and/or regulatory obligation, which prevails in any case. This includes cases where we are not satisfied with the documentation provided by you. Therefore, we reserve the right to return the transaction, net of any transfer fees, charges or other deductions, incurred by us. You hereby accept that sometimes we might be unable to provide you with an explanation as to why we cannot proceed with your request. In case you receive money from us by mistake, you hereby agree to return such amount back to us, deducting the transaction fees from the whole amount. You will be requested to provide the receipt and the transfer of such amount through your bank statement/transaction history or the transaction history of any other payment method through which you have received such amount. In case you do not comply with this clause we have the right to officially claim the amount in full and proceed to court. For some Payment Methods there is a transaction fee in case the client proceeds to a withdrawal request without entering into any trading activity with us, therefore the company reserves the right to impose paymenta 5% fee to any payment method as we deem necessary.. In the event that the Client instructs the Company to close the Client’s Trading Account, deposit or the net amount payable to the Client shall be the balance amount less any and all bank charges provided the balance amount is greater than the bank charges; if not, then the Client agrees he will not receive any amount and the account will be closed without any further transfer of funds taking place. Please, be informed that if the Client’s card currency differs from the Client’s account currency, a deviation of the withdrawn amount from the deposited one may occur, due to exchange rate fluctuations and other charges imposed by the payment service provider.
