Common use of Payments by KMTP Clause in Contracts

Payments by KMTP. For any Production Month for which the Processing Margin is less than ** per gallon, KMTP shall pay COPANO the lesser of the following amounts: (A) KMTP Gas Mcf X ($** per Gallon — Processing Margin) X Recovered GPM of KMTP Gas; or (B) $** per Mcf X KMTP Gas Mcf.
