Payments by Paying Agents. The Fiscal Agent or each other Paying Agent acting through its respective Specified Office shall make payments of interest or, as the case may be, principal in respect of Notes in accordance with the Conditions applicable thereto (and, in the case of a Temporary Global Note or a Permanent Global Note, or a Global Registered Note, the terms thereof) provided, however, that no payments in respect of Notes shall be made to an address within the United States or its possessions or to an account maintained in the United States or its possessions and provided, further, that:
