Payments Due on Non-Business Day. If the date fixed for any payment on any Trust Security shall be a day that is not a Busi- ness Day, then such payment shall be made on the next succeeding day that is a Business Day (and without any interest or other payment in respect of any such delay) (except as otherwise provided in Sections 4.1(a) and 4.2(d)), with the same force and effect as though made on the date fixed for such payment.

  • Payments Due on Non-Business Days Anything in this Agreement or the Notes to the contrary notwithstanding, any payment of principal of or Make-Whole Amount or interest on any Note that is due on a date other than a Business Day shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day without including the additional days elapsed in the computation of the interest payable on such next succeeding Business Day.

  • Payment on non-Business Day If any payment by the Borrower under a Finance Document would otherwise fall due on a day which is not a Business Day: (a) the due date shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day; or (b) if the next succeeding Business Day falls in the next calendar month, the due date shall be brought forward to the immediately preceding Business Day, and interest shall be payable during any extension under paragraph (a) at the rate payable on the original due date.
