Common use of Payments for Development Clause in Contracts

Payments for Development. In consideration of the Development to be carried out by DURA during the term of this Agreement, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Corp. II shall reimburse DURA out of Available Funds for all of (a) the Direct Development Costs plus a fee equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of all of such costs (the "Management Fee"), PROVIDED that the cost to DURA of services provided by Affiliates of DURA shall not exceed the cost to each Affiliate of providing such services, and (b) the Indirect Development Costs plus a fee equal to twenty percent (20%) of all such costs (the "Indirect Management Fee"), invoiced to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Corp. II
