Payments for Pre-Operation Services. To enable Party A to perform the Pre-Operation Services pursuant to Section 6.03 hereof and in view of the fact that the EPC Contractor is Party A's wholly-owned subsidiary, Party A hereby acknowledges and agrees that the total price of the EPC Contract, as stipulated in Section 4.1 of the EPC Contract, payable to the EPC Contractor shall be deemed to include an amount in respect of the Pre-Operation Services and no additional amount shall be payable to Party A under this Contract in respect of the Pre-Operational Services.
