Payments in Respect of the Notes. The Issuer agrees to cause each payment in respect of each outstanding Timber Note to be made in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.7. Such payments shall be made to the Noteholders on the Record Date immediately preceding the respective Note Payment Date.
