Payments Not Representing Collections. If any amount is deposited into or held in the Collection Accounts which the Seller or Servicer, in good faith and with full accounting thereof, has identified as an amount specified in clause (y) of the definition of Amount on Deposit in the Collection Accounts, the Seller may, so long as no Servicer Termination Event shall have occurred and be continuing, distribute such amount to the Seller; provided, that any such amount not distributed due to the continuance of a Servicer Termination Event shall be distributed from any remaining balance in the Collection Accounts after the Buyer Amount Balance has been reduced to zero and all other amounts due and owing to the Administrative Agent and the Buyers hereunder have been paid in full.
