Common use of Payments of all Clause in Contracts

Payments of all. amounts owing under this Note are to be made at the address of the Payee stated on the first page of this Note or at such other address as the Holder of this Note may designate from time to time in writing. Any payment date occurring on any day other than a Business Day shall be deemed to be the next succeeding Business Day.
