All costs, fees, expenses (including, without limitation, invoiced legal fees and expenses, title premiums, survey charges and recording taxes and fees) and other compensation contemplated hereby payable to the Lead Arranger, the Administrative Agent, the Syndication Agent, the Joint Collateral Agent or the Lenders shall have been paid to the extent due.
