Payments of Fees and Expenses. On the Effective Date, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Partners shall have paid: (i) to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of each Extending Lender, an extension fee in an amount equal to 0.05% of such Extending Lender’s Commitment; and (ii) all other costs and expenses which are payable pursuant to Section 9.04 of the Credit Agreement to the extent invoiced prior to the Effective Date.
