Common use of Payments on Closing Clause in Contracts

Payments on Closing. At the Closing on the Closing Date, Buyer shall, in consideration for good and marketable title to the Company Shares, free and clear of all Liens, charges, encumbrances and restrictions of any kind (other than those imposed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement), issue Fifteen Million Shares of the restricted Buyer Common Stock to Sellers on a pro rata basis of their holdings of Company Stock.
