Common use of Payments on Death Clause in Contracts

Payments on Death. The Executive's employment under this agreement shall be terminated upon his death and the Executive's estate shall be paid, in full discharge of all the Company's obligations to the Executive, (a) the Executive's full salary under section 3 through the date of death and (b) the amount of all expense reimbursements due for periods prior to death.
