PAYMENTS ON PARTIAL DELIVERIES OF SERVICES. Unless otherwise specified in this contract, payment will be made on partial deliveries of services accepted by the District if: a) The amount due on the deliveries warrants it; or b) The Contractor requests it and the amount due on the deliveries is at least $1,000 or 50 percent of the total contract price.
