Common use of Payments on Termination Clause in Contracts

Payments on Termination. In the event that Employee's employment is terminated pursuant to Section 6 above, the Company shall pay to Employee his full Base Salary through the Date of Termination together with all incentive compensation, benefits and other compensation, if any, due and owing as of that date, plus any Severance and Benefit Payments to which Employee may be entitled hereunder.

Payments on Termination. In the event that Employee's employment is terminated pursuant to Section 6 8 above, the Company Employer shall pay to Employee his full Base Salary salary through the Date of Termination together with all incentive compensation, benefits and other compensation, if any, due and owing as of that date, plus any Severance and Benefit Payments to which Employee may be entitled hereunder.

Payments on Termination. In the event that Employee's employment is terminated pursuant to Section section 6 above, the Company Employer shall pay to Employee his full Base Salary through the Date of Termination together with all incentive compensation, benefits and other compensation, if any, due and owing as of that date, plus any Severance and Benefit Payments to which Employee may be entitled hereunder.

Payments on Termination. In the event that Employee's employment is terminated pursuant to Section 6 5 above, the Company shall pay to Employee his full Base Salary compensation under Section 4(a) above through the Date of Termination together with all incentive compensation, benefits and other compensation, if any, due and owing as of that date, plus any Severance and Benefit Payments to which Employee may be entitled hereunderTermination.

In the event that Employee's ’s employment is terminated pursuant to Section Sections 6 above, the Company shall pay to Employee and or his full Base Salary estate, (i) all of the Compensation Benefits Employee is entitled to through the Date of Termination together with (ii) all incentive compensation, benefits and other compensation, if any, due and owing as of that datethe Date of Termination, plus and (iii) any Severance and Benefit Payments to which that the Employee may be entitled hereunderto pursuant to Section 16.

In the event that the Employee's ’s employment is terminated pursuant to Section Sections 6 A, B, D or F above, the Company shall pay to the Employee his full Base Salary and/or her estate, (i) all the Compensation Benefits the Employee is entitled to through the Date of Termination together with Termination, (ii) all incentive compensation, benefits and other compensation, if any, due and owing as of that datethe Date of Termination, plus and (iii) any Severance and Benefit Payments to which that the Employee may be entitled hereunderto pursuant to Section 16.

In the event that Employee's ’s employment is terminated pursuant to Section 6 section 5 above, the Company Employer shall pay to Employee his full Base Salary through the Date of Termination together with all incentive compensation, benefits and other compensation, if any, due and owing as of that date, plus any Severance and Benefit Payments to which Employee may be entitled hereunder.

Payments on Termination. In the event that Employee's employment is terminated pursuant to Section 6 above, the Company shall pay to Employee his full Base Salary through the Date of Termination together with all incentive compensation, benefits and other compensation, if any, due and owing as of that date, plus any Severance and Benefit Payments to which Employee may be entitled hereunderhereunder pursuant to Section 5(c) above.
