Payments Schedule Clause Samples

A payments schedule clause defines the timing and amounts of payments that must be made under a contract. It typically outlines when each payment is due, such as upon signing, at project milestones, or upon completion of specific deliverables, and may specify the method of payment. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of financial obligations and deadlines, reducing the risk of disputes over payment timing and helping to manage cash flow throughout the contract term.
