Common use of Payments to Agent Clause in Contracts

Payments to Agent. All payments of principal, interest, ----------------- Reimbursement Obligations, Commitment Fees, Letter of Credit Fees and any other amounts due hereunder or under any of the other Loan Documents shall be made on the due date thereof to the Agent in Dollars, for the respective accounts of the Banks and the Agent, at the Agent's Head Office or at such place that the Agent may from time to time designate, in each case at or about 11:00 a.m. (Boston, Massachusetts time or other local time at the place of payment) and in immediately available funds.

Payments to Agent.
