Payments to Agent’s Account. After any assignment in whole by Quincy to the Bank Purchasers pursuant to this Section 1.10 at any time on or after the Conduit Investment Termination Date, all payments to be made hereunder by the Seller or the Servicer to Quincy shall be made to the Administrative Agent's account as such account shall have been notified to the Seller and the Servicer.
