Payments to Agent’s Account. After any assignment in whole by the Conduit Investor to the Alternate Investors pursuant to this Section 3.1 at any time on or after the Conduit Investment Termination Date, all payments to be made hereunder by the Originator or the Servicer to the Conduit Investor shall be made to the Agent’s account as such account shall have been notified to the Originator and the Servicer.
