Common use of Payments to Class Counsel Clause in Contracts

Payments to Class Counsel. Within thirty (30) days of the Settlement Effective Date, the Settlement Administrator will pay, or cause to be paid, by wire transfer, any Court- approved Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses to Class Counsel subject to Section III.G. Class Counsel shall provide to the Settlement Administrator a Form W-9 with a tax identification number prior to this payment.
