Payments to Operator. OPERATOR shall prepare an invoice in a format acceptable to TCSD and submit all invoices to TCSD each calendar month during the Term of this Agreement, as defined in Section 6.1. The Compensation to be paid by TCSD to OPERATOR shall be paid as follows: 4.1.1 All compensation to OPERATOR is due upon receipt of OPERATOR's invoice and payable within thirty (30) days.
