Payments to Outside Sample Clauses

The "Payments to Outside" clause defines the conditions under which payments are made to parties or entities outside of the primary contractual relationship. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances, methods, and authorizations required for such payments, such as when a contractor is permitted to pay a third-party supplier or subcontractor directly. Its core function is to clarify the process and limitations for external payments, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring transparency in financial transactions related to the contract.
