Payments to the Architect. 11.5.1 Payments for services and reimbursable expenses shall be made monthly and, where applicable, shall be in proportion to services performed. 11.5.2 Payments are due and payable upon presentation of the Architect’s invoice. 11.5.3 Amounts unpaid 30 calendar days after the 5th of the month shall bear interest at the rate of 1-1/2%.
