Payments to the Grantor Trust Trustee. Any amounts paid to the Grantor Trust Trustee pursuant to this Article VIII and the Sale and Servicing Agreement or the Indenture shall be deemed not to be a part of the Grantor Trust Estate immediately after such payment. The provisions of this Section 8.3 shall survive the termination of the Grantor Trust, the termination of this Agreement and the resignation or removal of the Grantor Trust Trustee.
