Payments to your account. (a) You must allow sufficient time for your chosen payment method to reach your account by the payment due date. Payments will only take effect when the funds have cleared. Details of payment methods and timings can be found on the back of your statement. (b) You must not intentionally make payments that place your account in credit. (c) Refunds and cash reward payments will not count towards your minimum payment unless they reduce your balance to less than the minimum payment we have asked for. If this happens, you will only have to pay the remaining balance, if any. (d) We allocate payments to balances which show on your current statement in a high to low interest rate order, then, to balances in a high to low interest rate order which do not yet appear on your statement. (e) We will remove any funds that have been paid to your account in error and to which you are not entitled. (f) You must stay within your credit limit and any amount which takes you over this, as well as any arrears shown on your statement, must be repaid in full immediately.

Details of An Post Offices which accept cheque lodgements are available on request and through our website. Any cheque lodged through a Post Office must be lodged in accordance with the applicable process prescribed by us at the time, details of which are available on request or on our website. Any cheque lodged through a Post Office will not be deemed to be lodged to an Account until received by us, which should be the next Business Day after the cheque has been lodged through a Post Office subject to the cheque being lodged before the latest time of posting at the Post Office concerned. Cheques lodged through Post Offices on a non-Business day will be received by us 2 Business Days after presentation at a Post Office. Once received by us the cheques will be processed in the normal way as set out below

If, for example, the cheque is crossed Account Payee or Not Negotiable we may refuse to credit it to any account except that of thepayee; (iii) We may request that cheques drawn on a bank outside of Ireland are sent for collection of their value before crediting them to your account; (iv) If you enter on the lodgement slip the incorrect total of the items being paid into your Account, we will correct the error and credit the revised amount to your Account. We will advise you of the change; (v) If you lodge a cheque drawn on us for the credit of your Account it will be credited to your Account and appear on your statement on the day of receipt by us. For interest calculation purposes value will be given to you on the day of receipt by us, but you will not be permitted to draw the amount of the cheque until after the first Business Day after the day of receipt by us; (vi) If you lodge a cheque drawn on any other bank in Ireland for the credit of your Account, it will be credited to your Account and appear on your statement on the day of receipt by us.   • Crediting Payments The receipt of any payment item by Agent shall not be required to be considered a payment on account unless such payment item is a wire transfer of immediately available funds made to Agent’s Account or unless and until such payment item is honored when presented for payment. Should any payment item not be honored when presented for payment, then Borrowers shall be deemed not to have made such payment. Anything to the contrary contained herein notwithstanding, any payment item shall be deemed received by Agent only if it is received into Agent’s Account on a Business Day on or before 1:30 p.m. If any payment item is received into Agent’s Account on a non-Business Day or after 1:30 p.m. on a Business Day (unless Agent, in its sole discretion, elects to credit it on the date received), it shall be deemed to have been received by Agent as of the opening of business on the immediately following Business Day.

  • USING YOUR ACCOUNT If you are approved for an account, the Credit Union will establish a line of credit for you. You agree that your credit limit is the maximum amount (purchases, cash advances, finance charges, plus "other charges") which you will have outstanding on your account at any time. Unless disclosed otherwise, the Credit Union will not allow advances over the credit limit. If the Credit Union has a program whereby it allows payment of advances that exceed your credit limit, subject to a fee, the Credit Union will provide you with notice, either orally, in writing, or electronically (notwithstanding the requirements of the paragraph entitled “Statements and Notices”) explaining your right to opt in to the Credit Union’s program whereby it will honor advance requests over the credit limit. In the event you opt in to such a program, you agree to the terms of such a program. You may request an increase in your credit limit only by a method acceptable to the Credit Union. The Credit Union may increase or decrease your credit limit, refuse to make an advance and/or terminate your account at any time for any reason not prohibited by law. If you are permitted to obtain cash advances on your account, we may, from time to time, issue convenience checks to you that may be drawn on your account. Convenience checks may not be used to make a payment on your account balance. If you use a convenience check, it will be posted to your account as a cash advance. We reserve the right to refuse to pay a convenience check drawn on your account for any reason and such refusal shall not constitute wrongful dishonor.

  • Deposits to Collection Account The Servicer shall use its best efforts to deposit or cause to be deposited (without duplication), within two (2) Business Days after receipt thereof, into the Collection Account and retain therein in trust for the benefit of the Grantor Trust Holder: (i) all payments on account of principal and interest on the Home Loans collected after the Cut-Off Date, including any amounts required to be deposited in the Collection Account pursuant to Section 2.07(b)(vii)(B)(IV) of the Grantor Trust Agreement; (ii) all Net Liquidation Proceeds pursuant to Section 4.11 hereof; (iii) all Insurance Proceeds; (iv) all Released Mortgaged Property Proceeds; (v) any amounts payable in connection with the repurchase of any Home Loan and the amount of any Substitution Adjustment pursuant to Section 2.06 of the Grantor Trust Agreement and Section 3.05 hereof; (vi) the deposit of the Termination Price under Section 11.01 hereof; (vii) any amount to be deposited from the Pre-Funding Account or the Capitalized Interest Account; and (viii) interest and gains on funds held in the Collection Account. The Servicer shall be entitled to retain and not deposit into the Collection Account any amounts received with respect to a Home Loan that constitute additional servicing compensation pursuant to Section 7.03 hereof, and such amounts retained by the Servicer during a Due Period shall be excluded from the calculation of the Servicing Compensation that is distributable to the Servicer from the Note Payment Account on the next Payment Date following such Due Period.

  • CREDITS TO ACCOUNT Promptly after each purchase or sale of Securities by the Fund, the Fund shall deliver to Custodian a Certificate or Instructions, or with respect to a purchase or sale of a Security generally required to be settled on the same day the purchase or sale is made, Oral Instructions specifying all information Custodian may reasonably request to settle such purchase or sale. Custodian shall account for all purchases and sales of Securities on the actual settlement date unless otherwise agreed by Custodian,
