PAYMODE Clause Samples

The PAYMODE clause defines the method and manner in which payments are to be made under a contract. It typically specifies acceptable payment instruments, such as wire transfers, checks, or electronic funds transfers, and may outline the required banking details or payment platforms to be used. By clearly establishing the payment process, this clause helps prevent disputes over payment methods and ensures that both parties understand how and where funds will be transferred, thereby facilitating smooth financial transactions.
